1. DustMiles Rewards Program

1.1 Program Nature

DustMiles (“Points”) are a loyalty discount program operated by Dustify Technologies Corp (“Dustify”, “we”, “us”). DustMiles are not a currency, cryptocurrency, security, commodity, or financial instrument of any kind. DustMiles represent a conditional discount entitlement under this program and carry no independent monetary value.

1.2 Earning DustMiles

DustMiles are earned through qualifying activities on the Dustify platform:

  • Platform usage and engagement (trading, travel bookings, gaming)
  • SBT tier-specific multipliers (Pioneer 1x, Sovereign 1.5x, Architect 2x)
  • Referral activities and promotional events
  • Content creation and marketplace participation

1.3 Redemption

DustMiles may be redeemed for discounts on platform services at a rate determined by Dustify. Current base redemption: 100 DustMiles = $1.00 CAD equivalent discount. Redemption rates may change with 30 days written notice.

1.4 USDC Withdrawal (Taxable Event)

Eligible members may convert accumulated DustMiles to USDC (a US dollar-pegged stablecoin). Converting DustMiles to USDC constitutes a taxable event under Canadian tax law. The fair market value of the USDC received will be considered income for the tax year in which the conversion occurs. Dustify will issue a T4A supplementary slip for any DustMiles-to-USDC conversions exceeding $500 CAD in a calendar year, reporting the amount under “Other Income” (Box 028).

1.5 Breakage and Economics

Cost per point (CPP): $0.007 CAD. Value per point (VPP): $0.01 CAD. Dustify applies an estimated breakage rate of 25% based on industry loyalty program benchmarks. Points that are not redeemed within 24 months from the date of earn will expire.

2. Canadian Regulatory Compliance

2.1 CRA Reporting Obligations

In accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines on loyalty programs, Dustify discloses:

2.2 PIPEDA Compliance

Dustify operates in full compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). All personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Biometric data used for FIDO2/WebAuthn authentication is processed exclusively on the user’s device and is never transmitted to or stored on Dustify servers.

2.3 Alberta Securities Compliance

SoulBound Tokens (SBTs) issued by Dustify are non-transferable identity tokens. They are not securities, do not represent equity, debt, or profit-sharing rights, and do not entitle holders to dividends, distributions, or governance voting rights in Dustify Technologies Corp. The SBT functions solely as a credentialed access key to platform services.

3. Transaction Fees

Dustify applies a 0.5% transaction fee on wallet swaps, sends, and trades executed through the platform. This fee is displayed in the transaction confirmation UI before execution. Fee revenue supports platform operations, DustMiles economics, and gas sponsorship.

4. Quantum-Resistant Security

All SBT identities are secured with post-quantum cryptographic algorithms: ML-KEM-768 (key encapsulation), ML-DSA-65 (digital signatures, FIPS 204), and SLH-DSA (stateless hash-based signatures). These algorithms are NIST post-quantum standards selected for resistance against both classical and quantum computing attacks.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
